An extremely spacious and well maintained self catering holiday home in Brixham Devon with the most fantastic sea views which look across Brixham harbour, marina and out to sea as far as Sidmouth on a clear day! This split level self catering holiday home has wonderful picture windows and balcony on every floor so that you cannot miss the views. The accommodation is large enough to sleep 8 - ideal for larger families or two families wishing to holiday together. 2 Heath Court holiday home is situated in a quiet residential area with a footpath close by leading to the Brixham Breakwater beach and Brixham marina.

Ground floor: Entrance through carport. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC and washbasin. Bedroom 1 with double bed and patio door leading to balcony. Fantastic views across the bay. First floor: Large and light lounge/dining room with wonderful views and patio door leading to balcony. Double bed settee. Kitchen with electric oven and halogen hob. Second floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed and balcony. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, electric shower, WC and washbasin.

As of February 2007, we have put a new kitchen in to replace the old one, with a new cooker and other appliances.
